"I’m disappointed that this was not a good fit for my son. In the future, any issues with a CHILD should be addressed privately with the child and with the parent. The waiting area in front of other patrons is not the place to tell a parent their child is “disrespectful” and “reads like a 5 year old” (my son is 10). I am happy to work alongside teachers to help my son grow and learn, but this is not the way."
