"I've been debating about writing a review of this particular practice but here goes.... my husband was called by a nurse after his yearly physical to tell him he was diagnosed with diabetes. She told him a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and to begin taking the medication daily. She asked if he had any questions and he couldn't think of anything to ask- he was in state of surprise and couldn't think of any questions. I got home from work and he told me what had transpired. I called over to the office and asked the nurse why they had not referred him to the diabetic coach/nutritionist at Rush in Aurora? I also asked why he wasn't informed that he should get a blood glucose monitor and how often he should test his glucose. She then said she would put in a referral for him to go to the diabetic counselor and they would give him a glucose testing machine. He would need a prescription for lancets and testing strips, that was another request I needed her to submit to the doctor. Two days later my diabetic co-worker told me that my husband should be getting his A1C level tested every 3 months and he should see his doctor every 6 months. This was another thing we weren't told about. So, I then called back to the office again and asked them to write up his lab order for 3 months from then and also to make him a follow up doctor appointment. I want to keep this review factual and not put any of my own feelings into it. I really hope this review helps someone out there."

"Well when this medical group was in Boulder Hill/Montgomery area it was amazing! I didn’t care that I had to wait 20 mins or so to see my Doc cause I new they cared. I started off there in 2014 with Dr Nicolas Tzanetankos. What an amazing Dr!! When he retired I stayed with the medical group with Dr Mary Nguyen, again another amazing physician!! Now Dr Nguyen has moved on, I have a new Dr and it just seems to be going down hill. Kinda rushed outta the office, no one’s answering the phones, the voicemails to the nurses or even my MyChart messages. What’s the point of having all this if no one answers? I’m very much considering changing medical groups because I’m watching this one slip and not seeming to care. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my primary for 3 days and even tried with an on all Dr and nothing! Terrible patient Dr relations now it it seems."
