"Other times I have been they have been really good. With the influx of respiratory viruses I suggest to call ahead for an appointment. Although that is not how immediate care is supposed to be. I drove an hour to be scheduled for an appointment tomorrow. Not the best practice. I guess I should’ve called ahead, but didn’t know you need to schedule an appointment for immediate care. Lesson learned. Immediate care is not immediate care and need to change your info because walkins are not welcome please put appointment needed thank you."

"Took my sister there nearly 2 hours before closing. No one in the waiting room, but the receptionist said that they were booked for the rest of the day. They may be a fair medical facility, but please don't ever think that this place is "immediate Care'"

"Once again wouldn’t see my kid even tho they still had 45min until close and literally no one was waiting. They should take walk-ins and open to 730 off their site if they’re not going to see people after 645."

"They stop seeing patients for their immediate care at least 45 minutes before their closing time. I just wish they would advertise this, since we drove over 30 minutes only to be told that they are not seeing any more patients for the day. I forgot to mention that there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and no one sitting in the lobby."

"Went in the urgent care at 1:40 approximately, was told they are at capacity for patients to be seen. They close at 4:30 though. Not sure that's good practice, only reason for a 2nd star was the front desk person was nice about it."
