"When we moved in, they had neglected to paint or clean or do the repairs we requested after our first visit. But, it was the beginning of the pandemic, so we weren't too upset. We documented the condition of the apartment, very carefully. We were assured, three years later, that we wouldn't be charged for paint since they hadn't painted (or done anything else) before we moved in. After leaving the apartment cleaner than we found it? Wouldn't you know, they charged us over $200 for painting."

"Do you love faint sounds of bass music at all times of the day? Or perhaps finding someone else’s dirty drawers under your sink? How about an absolute clot of hair in your bathtub so bad that it doesn’t drain? Not only could you have all this at Turnberry apartments but also you get to deal with the most dysfunctional staff I’ve ever dealt with. The only thing this place has going for it is cheap rent, but they hit you with so many random “overage charges”. They also regularly delete all Google reviews Random water charges even though it is specifically set in our lease the lessor pay for water and trash removal. Only one water meter on the buildings so you get charged for neighbors usages of water “overages” It says something about this place that the whole maintenance crew left at once. They can’t keep the same front desk receptionist for more than a month. Paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbors every move, any conversation. Not to mention that the walls are riddled with patch holes that will easily cave in if you aren’t careful where you touch. Our AC was also out for over a month."

"When I attempted to get an application, whoever I spoke to was abrupt and came off rude . I'm glad that I didn't move there because it does not have many good reviews on how it is run."

"Our apartment has been without AC for the past two and a half weeks, currently it is 81F in our apartment and the temperature for this week is set to be in the 90s, yet we not given any accommodations and we are needing to pay out of our own pocket to combat the heat."
