"Do Not Rent from here , management is horrible. I have lived here since August and they took me through so much difficulty trying to get approved and I am from Out of State Single Mother with Children it is now December and I only been living here since August already I've had two hot water outages, a heater outage, and stay on top of neighbors from hell. Supposed to be affordable housing but Rent has increased from $830 to $900 seems a bit extreme for "affordable" being that other there's other life expenses. Please look elsewhere you won't be satisfied here."
"To strict on their application, it's a government tax credit apt which means they are strict on info criteria & non communication of what u need on app , but they ask for it later & ,takes 2weeks to get screened & use old bankruptcy that has been closed for years against u as well as old utility company against u ,to just deny u."
