"I arrived 10 mins before I was told to be there for my appt for a nerve conduction test. Another patient came in after me and went in to see Dr glennon right away. I'm the only patient in the waiting room. 20 mins later that patient leaves . I'm still waiting. I have severe back problems & neck problems. Sitting there in severe pain. I hear laughing, joking & goofing around from the staff in the back for over an hour. I then went to the desk & told the receptionist it's an hour & a half past my appt time & I'm in severe pain & her response was "You're next". Well God I hope so since I'm the only one there. 20 mins later the nurse comes to take me back and she says "sorry but the Dr is very busy, you could have gotten up & walked around". I pointed out that I have a brace on my leg & I'm walking with a cane! Don't go here if u can avoid It! Very unsympathetic staff and the Dr is rough."
