"This was a wasted trip after getting there on time I had to call my insurance to finish a question and we didn’t know what they were wanting for the answer so no one at the facility could give me a straight answer on to what they were wanting and my insurance person kept giving them the answer but wasn’t good enough for them so waisted my morning because now I’m 15 minutes into my appointment and was told I would have to reschedule so guess I will find another place for service"

"RNY Sep 29, 2021 Dr Ajmal and his team are truly the most caring group. They all made me feel comfortable from day one. The six months before surgery Dr Ajmal was very thorough explaining everything, answering all questions, and running all necessary tests. Surgery went great. Dr and hospital staff were all amazing. I had non related medical issues a couple weeks after surgery and Dr Ajmal and his staff checked on me everyday while I was in the hospital and several times after I went home. They scheduled me for extra more frequent visits and kept a close eye on me making sure I followed up with all my other Dr’s and appointments and kept in contact with them as well. He went above and beyond what was expected and what most Dr’s would have done. I am 6 months out and have lost more than 100 lbs total (28 post surgery). Best decision ever!! No more BP meds, A1c normal, thyroid levels maintaining with medication. I feel AMAZING!!!!"

"I thought everyone was so nice and welcoming here. I went for almost 3 months and 2 weeks before my surgery date they said my insurance denied it. In my opinion they should've sent the approval letter to rhe insurance company before even giving me a surgery date. I was so upset. Always check to make sure your insurance company does.nit require a blue distinction facility. That is why it was denied."
