Woodcrest Apartments

"Apartments are very nice, but too many people always in each other's business. I lived here for almost 2 years and when I left, I left the place spotless. I wrote my 30-day notice and left on good terms and was told that if I ever needed to come back for a place that I could. Fast forward I reapply and end up getting denied for a reason that management will not tell me. Honestly I feel like management here can be really clicky with certain tenants, and it's almost like if you do one small thing wrong you're completely cut off. Very unfair. I was a great tenant here I never had any problems or complaints and to be denied for no reason and not being able to be told a reason why just rubs me wrong. Like I said it was a great place to live but too many people in my business."

"I don't understand why there were bad reviews this place is great there are no bugs here at all that I've seen (and I've looked for them) The exterminator comes every 3rd Tuesday of the month and does a good job the places are well kept but a little damaged on the inside Wich is given based off of how many people have lived here throughout the years The manager her is a nice lady and so long as you follow the rules on paperwork and pay you utilities everything would be great The outside of the apartments could use a little work but it doesn't look that bad The inside of the apartments are really nice and quite big on the inside giving a lot of room to do things"
