"This place is an absolute dump! Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. The guy that is there at night could be the most arrogant person (with no reason to be) I have ever met. If I was homeless, I wouldn’t even give this place a try. Steer clear of this bug infested and we’ll known crack motel right in the middle of beautiful ottawa."

"I gave them 3 stars because I’m staying here now because I’m working close. Rooms are clean and nice for a motel. The only thing I dnt like and the reason I gave 3 starts instead of 5 is because they control the heat in the office. You can’t control it in the room. It’s to cold in Illinois for each person not be about to control the heat from their room."

"It was terrible, the first room they put me in was disgusting and still looked dirty and smelled like pot which didn't bother me. I wonder if it's a crack motel. They were nice enough to move me to another room which I guess they thought was better still dirty not Jane clean. Stains on the walls burn marks in the blankets just nasty don't stay there unless you're broke. I was afraid to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it!! Whoever does housekeeping over there needs to clean better. Oh and it cost $110 for two nights and she kept the $10 when I left she stated for cleaning I told her that's what her cleaning people should make $10 a day because they're not very good, I clean for a living!"

"I recommend for people on a budget. They’ve recently renovated the place and it looks a lot nicer than most of the 1 star reviews from 1 or more years ago. Though the rooms aren’t the top of the line quality, but they are clean, beddings smells good and no stains of any sorts. Well within the value of what they are charging. And the staffers are nice."
