"Locators is effectively my landlord. Their app made my search easier and my monthly payments convenient despite the fair $3 fee. Maintenance contact via app and their courtesy get high marks too. Rental insurance offering very cost effective btw. Worthy of your trust. Properties move fast so use them to get the details online. I had to buy sight unseen to get my house... "just sayin"!"

"I only give a one star because I cannot give zero. Very unprofessional, they say they would call back but never did, I constantly had to call back and I could never talk to the person who could give me an answer. I applied for a unit for my niece who is moving across the country every time I call them to know whether she was approved they give me an excuse for not having a decision. At two occasions they said they are missing information from us but never asked for the information. I don't think they understand the business they are in. Stay away from their services."

"I had the worst possible experience renting with Locators. After a year of having technicians walk in to my apartment without any notice, the property manager asking me to do his job, 10 days without water, and a week and a half without air conditioning in the summer: I was happy to be giving a 60 day notice of moving. I was told that I could 'break lease' to do so. I sent follow up calls, emails, and texts to confirm both that and a timeline. One week before moving I was told, "I'm not sure what happened but that never made it to our office." After moving regardless, paying rent, and was surprised when I was given a $1,300 cleaning and maintenance fee but that 'pictures weren't available.' After a 20 minute conversation being patronized, talked over, and ultimately called 'childish' for pushing back on the charge - I was told that 'it costs money to move' and was hung up on. I would avoid renting from them at all costs unless you'd like to be treated like a child from start to finish."

"Most of these reviews are noticeably outdated. As a resident that had past experience with a previous rental company which went poorly, switching to locators has been a complete breeze. While their application process is initially a bit confusing, I called the office and had all of my questions and concerns answered. While I haven’t gotten to meet everyone, Jim and Audrey have been nothing but spectacular in the transition. Always very personable, professional and intelligent when talking to them whether it be in the office or via phone. When we moved in our shower head had no water pressure coming through but maintenance was quick to order a part and get it fixed as soon as they could which did take a little bit but understandably so, as it was not a common part that places keep on hand. Their rent policy is very fair to both parties and they give you a pleasant 5 day grace period at the start of the month. Speaking from first hand experience thus far, I don’t want to rent from anyone else."
