"Updating review, GTRD has new property managers, who are a big improvement. Good customer service, listened, and helped resolve an issue. Their maintenance team is also excellent. Nearly immediate responses to any issues. --- The property manager, Valerie Kieler is very unprofessional and dismissive. Most of the office staff are similar. I asked them to put up a sign denoting where the assigned parking was. After months, they finally set up the sign... backwards so no one could read it from the parking lot."

"Friendly and reliable staff. They are very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. They are a great company to work with. They go above and beyond to help their staff and their tenants. I'd give them 10 stars if it went that high."

"This company is terrible. impossible to get ahold of Val, and when you finally do, completely unprofessional and terrible experience. tried to call into the office to speak to val, secretary tells you shes out or not available, no return call if you leave a voicemail, nor will the secretary give val any type of message to reach out to someone. we moved out two weeks ago, 04/30 and we have been trying to get ahold of Val since April 1st to discuss security deposit, forwarding address. etc. She just replied to me for the first time via email today. after we have called 3 times, and sent 2 emails. I'm not really sure why anyone would rent from them moving forward . and I will be sure to tell others to not even bother living in one of their properties. Completely awful. I could go on forever with how seriously terrible GRTD is. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. Save yourself the trouble."

"I’ve rented with GRTD for three years and have never had any issues with them. We upsized about a year ago and the process with them was super easy and efficient. Maintenance issues are resolved typically within 24 hours but no longer than 48 and I believe they are the most affordable company in the area for the pretty high quality properties. Small complaints? A few but overall, I wouldn’t want to rent with anyone else."
