"Gorgeous apartments. Unfortunately, The Gardens is more interested in protecting bad tenants than good ones. If you think about moving into #102, don't. It's directly across the hall from the community room and weight room. There are no rules in place about noise level in either of those rooms, nor is there a time when they aren't available. The front doors to all the apartments have an almost 2" gap at the bottom (the Gardens refused to change this) and you can hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING. that happens in both of those rooms. All the birthday parties where it sounds like you have 30 people inside your apartment (and just remember, the rooms are always open and there have been parties that have gone on until 2am), everyone that works out late at night, you'll be able to hear it all. I asked for one simple rule to be implemented, which is: "If you are going to utilize either the community or weight room, close the door." The Gardens refused. So if you're expecting common courtesy between neighbors and a management company to back you, this isn't the right place for you."
