"I made an appointment for Lemp Ave location, received text messages for Lemp Ave location and arrived at Lemp Ave to find out the appointment is actually at this location. Staff at Lemp Ave expressed this has been happening all day. Idk how my app got booked at S Broadway is I only called for Lemp Ave and was told Lemp Ave location while I made the appointment. S broadway forces you to reschedule but what’s the point if this same problem will occur again. S broadway rarely answers their phone. S broadway NEEDS to fix this. It’s frustrating to take off work, pick up kids early from school to be told to reschedule. I always had problems with Affinia and this is a reason why. Their urgent care is cool though."

"Had an bad experience here and complained. Michelle got back to me very quickly to handle the matter. Very appreciated. Update : I have came in the clinic two times and I’m happy I stuck around. Everyone here is super nice. The environment they give is so comfortable and inviting. I really enjoyed my experience. The team you have here couldn’t be any better. The insurance woman was great, The woman with WIC goes above and beyond, The woman who did my blood she was amazing and so nice. The front desk people so friendly and welcoming. Every nurse I encountered (which was 3 or 4 of them) was just superb. The doctor was great. Everyone here gives such a great environment, I really like the team here."

I had an appointment for a service that is not covered by insurance and after making calls to several facilities, Affinia ended up being the most reasonable priced. Also, they were able to get me in within a few days, while other places, I had to wait for a month or so! My appointment was with Dr. Prater and he gets my unsolicited recommendation!"

"I've been in the family medicine office three times in the last four months. The Nurse Practitioner they assigned me has messed up my file every visit, only sending some of my scripts to the pharmacy. One prescription, which I'm supposed to take daily, was completely left off my file, despite reassurances that she'd send out the prescription. That time, she only sent out one of my SEVEN prescriptions. Completely incompetent care. I would not recommend coming here if you want competent Healthcare providers."
