"Genuinely the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been here multiple times and they always are above the mark. I was throwing up and within 2 minutes i had an IV started, fluids running and a bunch of compassionate people helping. Taylor, Melissa (I’m pretty sure that was her name) and Kaiden were gems to me. I am very grateful."

"I came in with what I was pretty sure was a stomach bug but wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious. I logged in right at 6am to get a spot in line (#4), arrived at 8am, and was in an exam room by 8:30, so I'd say the check-in procedure went smoothly! The staff members were all very friendly, despite it being a busy morning. Shout out to April in reception, who was so warm and welcoming! It was my first time at this location, but I only had to fill out a few forms. I'm now able to log in to a patient portal and see all my details and visit notes, which I like. The technician Susan was very thorough in asking about and documenting my symptoms. The provider Morgan clearly reviewed all the notes and did a great job talking me through the diagnosis (stomach flu) and how to manage my symptoms. I would recommend this Urgent Care location to anyone!"

"I was about to get in right away and was treated quickly with everything. The doctors and nurses explained everything to me and checked on me throughout my whole time there to make sure I was doing okay. I go to school here so I have no family in Saint Louis but if I ever needed to go back to urgent care I would choose total access because it made me feel safe and comfortable"

"I was so sick but the staff were so unbelievably kind and considerate. From the minute I walked in the door, I was taken care of and accommodated. I did not make an appointment but due to the fact that I was clearly very sick, I was seen immediately and given top shelf attention and hospitality. Every single person who saw me and consulted with me was thorough and cared about my well-being and comfort. I would definitely recommend this location. The staff is terrific!"
