"U may wait up to 2 hours. They take patients passed on what insurance benefits them more pay more. So they change the waiting list the way the want. Also it's super dirty and u may get suffered from low oxygen level in the waiting room, with all sick patients."

"Presented here for a minor fall . Was told to go to an ER, due the doctors not having the correct equipment to diagnose or treat me. Seems. that every time I go to this place, I'm turned away due to some excuse. If the management must hire cheap labor, at least make sure that they have the requisite skill set. Not someone who can recite from a sheet of paper. The front office staff make it seem as if your bothering them. Very short answers, with a sprinkling of attitude."

"Very unwelcoming environment. The light skinned lady at the front desk with the crooked lashes just couldn’t stop rolling her eyes. I understand some people don’t realize when their face is scrunched up but they definitely shouldn’t have her at the front desk. I went at about 6:30p (5/19), so maybe she was ready to go for the day but that’s no excuse. Thankfully the woman behind her helpful information for me but when I walked away my daughter said the light skinned lady rolled her eyes again! Yes, I was pleasant which is why I’m leaving a review because treat me how I treat you. The location already looks sketchy but I was hoping the workers weren’t attitudinal."

"First let me say the desk staff was very friendly and that is the only good thing. But, if I could give 0 stars I would. This was absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had and for me that is saying a lot. We had less than 4 minutes total of medical professional time in the 45 minutes we were there. Now k understand why they didn’t have a wait. Because they are awful! The nurse only took pulse ox. Then after waiting again, the dr came in, said he was prescribing antibiotics, listen to lungs for 5 seconds then tried walking out to get papers. I questioned why there was no real exam and he stated bc he read her symptoms and made a diagnosis off of that. Had I known that I would have written the short novel it would have required to describe her symptoms and how she is feeling. I hope we helped fill your quota today since that is clearly all you care about."

"I went in for a minor issue. I arrived at 8:30am. I waited in line, filled out paperwork, was called back and saw the doctor, got a prescription and was out the door by 9:30am. never have I been in and out a doctor's office so fast. I didn't feel rushed, the employees were nice and helpful and the doctor made me feel comfortable and safe. I got in my car and was totally satisfied. I've been to other doctors, other hospitals that- even if I had an appointment- I would be waiting for hours, I wouldn't be checked in, or wouldn't see anyone at all (*cough Betty Jean Healthcare). I'll be back for sure."
