"Broke up with my pcp today. This has to be the worse ran doctors office in the area. When you set an appointment time you expect to be seen around that time. Not 45 to 60 min later. Also tried to use the restroom while there and I couldn’t absolutely disgusting. Made a comment to the receptionist and nothing was done about it. The doctors there may be good but everything else about it is very unprofessional."

"This is a very good clinic to choose your primary Dr. From . All the dr.s and. Nurses , lab techs let's not forget the friendly receptionists. The staff is very polite and nice to everyone while getting the best health care. Several Top of the line Dr.s are here and it's right by the hospital. In case they want some tests. It's just right across parking lot"

"I was a patients of doctor Siegfried’s when I was a kid and when my daughter and I moved back to Illinois I knew that was the primary I wanted her to go to. The nurse who works beside him is great! Very friendly staff! They get her back and seen in a fairly timely manner. The only time I really have issues is when they are supper busy but I understand! The care my daughter receives makes it worth the wait."
