"Imagine experiencing a mental health need and leaving a message and never receiving a call back! It’s been a week since I called and not a single person there has cared enough to return a call for my child! I have the Mercy preferred health care through my employer and have filed a complaint against you. This is absolutely disgusting and the reason why there are so many mental health problems because of the failing medical care in this country. Mercy hospital is a joke and I should’ve known not to even bother with you."

"I have been a patient here for years. Family medicine I have no complaints about, they’re wonderful! But my psychiatrist. Not only is he late to work almost daily and the office openly knows about it and tells patients this, but his appt times are SERIOUSLY out of whack. On top of that, I am a disabled person. Some of my medications can be detrimental. He will not authorize them when sending them out. I, my insurance, & pharmacy will usually spend about a week or two calling with no answer or call back, thus leaving me without medication for a bit at the beginning of every month. This is inexcusable and I would hate for anyone else to be treated the same."

"If I could give this place a zero then I would. My daughter had an appointment with the psychiatrist there at 1pm. My husband was sitting there for 2 hrs in the waiting room. I was at another doctor at the time for our youngest daughter. I called the nurse to find out what was going on since my husband needed to get to work. She tells me that it is normally a 2-4 hr wait after the appointment. I ask her why and she says "that's how the doctor rolls." She tells me that she warns people when they set the appointment. My phone calls are recorded and I was not told that or I wouldn't made the appointment. He still had another 1-2 hr wait because there was another person before them that just went in to see the doctor when I called. We canceled the appointment."

"get there at 9 am and wait until almost one like its a 4 hour min wait time for a psychiatrist. No one listened totally ignored. one point they just acted like i was a criminal. Just needed some one to talk too ended up proscribed a shot. Laughed at me when i was concerned about most things. Most offensive disregard was about Diabetes and medication."

"My husband and I were very frustrated with this office. We have no problem with the quality of care, patient service, or general friendliness of the staff. However, we waited over an hour and a half to be seen, with an appointment. The appointment was at 11AM, and it is now past 1PM, and my husband just got in to be seen. It seems to me that this lack of concern for a patient's time is uncalled for and inconsiderate. We totally understand that things happen and emergencies come up, but a simple phone call to let us know that there was a delay would have been much appreciated. If you value your time or are trying to take time off work, I would go elsewhere-Glad my husband had the entire day off. Again, no disrespect to the quality of care, but the time management and wait time was a little ridiculous."
