"Tricia is a very caring, attentive, and down to earth counselor. She helped hold my husband and I accountable for progressing our communication. We enjoyed that she uses many types of tools for reference (YouTube clips, books, reflective listening, roll reversal, handouts) she understands how to "marry" the male and female minds and the emotional needs of her clients. Her waiting area and office are warm and inviting. She has the best comfy couch with throw pillows and blankets. And even provides a client note pad and pen in case you want to write something down. Tricia is prompt and courteous on scheduling first consults to follow up appointments. I've never had an issue getting in to see her. She is an amazing counselor and if her appointment slots are full I take that as she is good at what she does with people eagerly coming back or waiting for an opening. I'd recommend Tricia to my family and friends and anyone that is in need of counseling services."
