"TLdr: feels like you're not heard or taken seriously. Extra star because the ladies up front and in back that dealt with payments were very helpful and nice. Rarely at the doctor and now that I need to go, I'm treated as if there's nothing going on. I have been twice and left frustrated both times. During a check up for high blood pressure, I informed the NP that my left ear has felt full and irritated. She looked and didn't see anything. I used an otoscope to take pictures of both drums with the left being red and irritated. Still ear issues to this day. I currently has a slight distended area of my abdomen near my belly button. Was told nothing could be seen or felt when i can see and feel it. Felt like i was getting brushed off until i had him look at it from the side. An ultrasound was scheduled where my problem area was not addressed or gone over even though i was asked the reason for said ultrasound. I've never even seen Easterday, but if this is how I'm dealt with from his colleagues, then I'll find somewhere else to go."

"This is the worst doctors office. Dr. "O" is ALWAYS LATE, why schedule an appointment if the doctor can't even be on time. You can barely understand anything he says let alone won't listen to your needs. His nurse is just as bad..."
