His service was excellent. They measured the next day after we met and installed my countertop just two days later. "This (see photos) is the silicone/glue that adheres my sink to my countertop— installed by Show Me Granite. It’s too close to the edges and so it has become more disgusting than I have words to describe. Once after I tried cleaning it, the glue came loose and my kitchen sink collapsed onto multiple appliances below. Terry (the owner) did respond to that situation, and came over to reglue the sink. Since then, I have contacted him 5-7 times with photos and request that he just come and fix it. He responded once and said he has no excuse— he’s just been really busy."
"I learned of Show Me Granite thru my counter top purchase at Hoods. They were the preferred vendor. I dealt primarily with the guys at the St.Louis shop. I was extremely pleased with my experience. These guys were prompt in that within 2.5 weeks a countertop template was made and the granite countertop installed. It looks great. There prices were very competitive to low. The quality of their product and work was excellent and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend."
