"Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if you want to have Kathleen Martin for your babies and children here's a rundown of what's happened since my baby has been born on November 17th I saw Kathleen because she is closeby to home not thinking anything of it during the first visit she kept telling me that my breastmilk was causing my daughter Gurd because I am with a hispanic man she kept saying no spicy food while looking at him over 7 different times I didn't even eat spicy food like that at that time, my supply went bad from stress so I switched to formula she was spitting up quite a bit with Gentlease and loosing weight so she without running any tests said that she is allergic to cows milk and precribed her Prosobee soy formula and said to feed her 3 onces every 2 to 3 hours well she ended up with constipation so bad it turned to the worst I called and called the office and she couldn't be bothered to reach back out to me to tell me what to do I have put her on new formula and still dealing with the aftermath of her mistake and I'm now going to see a competent doctor for myself and a good pediatrician for my daughter. This could of killed my 1 month old from her poop backing up from so this is medical malpractice and negligence at its finest. I put my faith into her and her judgment no parent should have to see their child or baby in misery because of a quack doctor. The nurse was amazing though so it saves it from being 0 stars."
"Office and staff are nice, Doctor and nurse practicer are not on board when it comes to follow-up after being in the hospital. Requested to be referred to a cardiologist for a year and ignored my plea for help! Would Not recommend to anyone!"
"A Amazing Doctor Here, We All Call Him Dr.S! Amazing Front Staff & Back Staff! The Only Problem I Have Had Was With One Nurse, That Deals With Prescription's & Getting The Pre- Athinication To The Insurance! When I Have Needed To Get My Last 3 Medications, It Has Been A Fight To Get Them As That Nurse That Works With Your Insurance, Refused To Send It To My New Insurance, Not Even Telling Us For 7 Days That She Had Not Been Contacting My New Insurance & Was Still Trying To Use The Old Insurace & They Where Denying It As I Don't Have That Insurance Anymore! So She Waited 7 Days & Was Very Rude To Me about 2 Prescriptions, I Am Extremely Hurt By How This Nurse Treated Me, First For Making Me Feel Bad For Taking A Prescription For Over 10+ Years, Prescribed To Me From A Specialist & I Always Run Everything Threw My Primary Dr. S & He does All My Prescriptions & I Have Been Using The Same Hometown Pharmacy For Almost All Of My Life! Not Only Did She Make Me Wait 3 days After The Day The Script Was Supposed To Be Field! Those 3 Days Of Not Having Those Meds, Were The Worst Days Of My Life!! My Depression Went Into Full Mode & Had Thoughts Of Hurting Myself! I Will Not Say The Name Of The Nurse, But I Offer This Advice If Your Medication Is Being Held Up in The First 3 days Before The Fill Date & You Are Going To Run Out Of Meds, Call Your Insurance (New & Old) & Ask To Speak To One Of His Actual Nurses, Even If You Have To Make A Emergency ZOOM Meeting!! Never Let Yourself Run Out, It Can Actually Kill You!!"
"the office is well-kept and reception is very kind and helpful. all the nurses I have encountered have been wonderful and patient with me and make efforts to be personable and help me relax. the nurse practitioner however is very dismissive of issues and concerns, and honestly disrespectful with as many times as I've noticed her rolling her eyes at me or coming across very judgmental when trying to explain anything I'm there for. someone acting like what they think is best is the *only* right answer and not listening to the person with the issue and taking what they're saying into consideration is counterproductive in solving the issue and helping them get better. unfortunately I have not seen the doctor in this office as I asked to make an appointment with him initially but he was not taking new patients so I had to begrudgingly settle for the nurse practitioner and deal with the frustrations of feeling like I'm not being heard and just having guesses and medications thrown at me because of it."
"A small clinic but with very competent doctors. Would recommend this to anyone who needs medical attention."
