"Dr. Gera is great! BUT the office is a disfunctional mess. If you make an appointment you have to verify often because they might randomly cancel without notification (always a “new system” issue). If you are seen, double check what they bill your insurance because we got double billed for a well check and sick visit for the same appointment. Nobody answers the phone, and if you leave a message you won’t get a call back. Do you have numerous hours to manage the prep and fallout from a single 45 min appointment? If you do then you’ll love this office."

"Dr. Gera is a good doctor and very informative. However, her staff lacks in answering the phone, returning calls, and giving excuses. They also state they send Dr. Gera messages and they are never returned. Honestly, this is not how you conduct business, no matter how short staffed you are. One of the staff members was slightly rude and condescending. Both my daughters will be looking for another provider that can handle their case loads and give good service. It’s truly sad that this is what it has come too."

"Dr.Gera is wonderful but her team NEVER answers calls, returns calls, and my kids scripts are never sent in, or they send the wrong ones. My daughter requires meds to be called in every month. Every month I feel like it’s a battle to get them sent in properly. Every month my daughter has to go without meds for a few days, a couple times it took several weeks. The pharmacy and I tried for days to reach someone. We will have to find a new doctor because the staff can’t get it together."

"Shocked to see all these bad reviews. We have used this office for four years since Dr. Baird used to be there. We have seen Dr. Gerra for about 3-3½ years now. Wonderful doctor, very helpful, and keen on medical issues our children have had. Spotted a milk and formula intolerance in our 2 month old when the hospital didn't. Also treated a horrible bout of pneumonia years ago in our eldest when he was one when a dr elsewhere just kept telling us it was his allergies and would clear up on its own. Dr. Gera also provided personal comfort for me when I was pregnant and found out our middle son was terminal. This office including nurses has been professional and personable to our family for years. We have only ever had one negative situation arise. It was handled by office manager and Dr. Gera immediately. When something negative happens you can go online and complain or give the person or business an opportunity to right a mistake or wrong doing. (Advice for anyone, anywhere they go.)"

"A terrible doctor's office. Horrible communication skills and Dr. Haroon's nurse is incredibly rude to child and parent alike. Don't expect any answers or to have your phone calls returned promptly. We have been waiting a week for my son's allergy medication which they can't seem to call in to the correct pharmacy. Don't question anything they say because they will immediately go on the defensive and delay helping your child even more. I will make the hour and 20 minute drive to go back to Baylor Family Medical and see a more qualified doctor. Dr Geurra is no better as we saw her once and she couldn't answer a single question with a straight answer."
