"This place has no respect for the patients all the way from the staff to the Manager. It’s impossible trying to get through the phones to talk to somebody. We tried calling all morning, one day and couldn’t get through so after lunch, we finally went up there to try to speak to someone and when we walked in there was not a soul in the waiting room and all three girls upfront were on their phones watching videos while the phones were just ringing away. Of course, they’re going to respond to these reviews and say that they value patients, but clearly the reviews on here and on several community Facebook pages, it says the true story. Please save your time and your peace and go to Burleson pediatric dentistry. They are respectful and value their patients. Especially when it comes to concerned parents trying to get help."
"Customer respect is lacking from front office and administration. Oral surgery scheduled, waited 4 hours before taking my child back and then proceeded to try and explain this is normal. No ma'am. Parents work, have to schedule other children pick up or drop off and need their time and children respected."
"We have had only good experiences with iKids. I’m so thankful they can contact me multiple ways to verify my appointment. The staff is kind and patient and works well with the varying ages of my kids. They work with Medicaid, have an entertaining waiting room and engaging area for the kids during cleanings. I was able to call after hours when my son had a bad mouth collision for advice. Thankful to have found them!"
