"Came in with my mother because she has been wanting to go to the YWCA pool. We walked in excited but was not really greeted by front desk .One Lady was with someone and the other young lady acted like she really didn't want to attend us . She asked what we wanted and I told her my mother wanted to to sign on .She gave us the application and told us to go sit down and fill paper work and to hand over ID and insurance.Once we finished she said here you go put this on your keys and this is to open up the front door.I was like...ok ...no tour or anything about the classes.This was our first time ever being there.Evertime I tried to ask a question she was short with us .This young lady is not so welcoming."
