"My son has been boxing since he was 4 with his dad but being a military family it’s not always possible . So we decided to try Roccos boxing. It’s very good one on one boxing training. My son gets shy and tends to put a big wall up around him when he gets nervous . Rocco had a lot of patience and motivated him to just do a quick warm up. My son ended up not wanting to stop. I highly recommend Roccos boxing for a good work out but definitely if you want to learn real boxing. This is a great spot ."
