"Horrible customer service… they are quick to charge payments from one day to the other but when trying to cancel they won’t even answer the phone .. if a holiday lands on days of practice, practice gets canceled days before they don’t make you aware of the cancellation with 30 days in advance the same way they require membership to be canceled according to their policy."
"We have been coming here for a couple years now and they have become likely family. We are treated well and the coaches are excellent at instructing my 2 girls in ways that they understand. The competitive team and coaching is very welcoming and inclusive. I highly recommend The American Dream Gymnastics to all my friends."
"My wife and I really love the culture this gym provides. They focus on teaching movement, technique, and routines with fun and discipline. The discipline gauge depends on the class/age of the kid. As a father I approve of this gym's systems and processes. My daughter's has grown so much athletically and personally. She trusts the staff and the coaches, she feels comfortable. If you seek structure and personal growth, regardless of age, this is your place. If you seek a place for your kids to run wild and burn energy, go to the park, or invest in Peter Piper Pizza tokens."
"Today, 07/24/2023, I registered my daughter for one of the free classes that were advertised by this business. My daughter is 3, I registered her for the 5:30 class, I received a confirmation text saying her spot was secure for the class I chose. They needed her name and birthday to get her set up to start later in the day. I replied with the info. At 4:30 I received another confirmation that her class was to begin in 1 hour and that her spot was SECURE. I drove all the way to the gym, arriving about 20 minutes early in order to sign the appropriate waivers needed. As I pulled into the parking lot I received a phone call that she in fact did NOT have a spot because the class was already full. We had friends with a daughter in a different age group that rode with us because they also had a class at 5:30. Since their child was in a different age group, her class was not filled and her friend was allowed to go in and participate in class. I find it unprofessional and frankly rude for them to not honor the fact that they sent me not 1 but 2 separate texts confirming my daughters spot was secure. She is 3. She was devastated that she couldn’t participate after we had been talking to her about it all day and she was so excited. She was even more upset and confused why her friend was allowed to go in but she was not. They informed me I could reschedule for another day but after the way this was handled, we will make the drive elsewhere to a different gym that will hopefully be more professional. After all, what’s to stop them from booting her from the next class we sign her up for?"
"We took our daughter to the free tryouts for the 3-4 year old classes. I was severely disappointed in how they expected a 3 year to sit and listen. They are 3, and their impulse control is just developing. The judgmental looks my daughter got because she didn't know what to do and was too excited to sit and stand still. I would not recommend this gym and / or class unless your 2 to 4 years have already been in gymnastics. If you are looking for a place for first-timers, do not pick this gym. The staff did not know how to manage other toddlers who also just wanted to burn off energy. They should allow 3-4 years old to be able to burn off some energy before a strict and strutted class. I also hated the fact that they were yelling at the older kids like they were in the military."
