"The NP left because of management. Their idea is to staff with rotating doctors. I do not understand why they want to charge patients a new patient fee to "establish" with a doctor when the doctors won't be the same. Mercy says patients should have a good STABLE relationship with your medical provider but how when you continuously will have a new doctor or have to wait months to get an appointment?"

"Not an walk in clinic. Even though it is listed when you look it up online.. they will tell you to go to another physician and you should. Not worth anyone's time."

"I have been seeing Dr. Karen Gillada there for 3 years now. She is very thorough , kind and caring. She will always take extra time to listen to all of my concerns. The staff there is also very friendly and accommodating."

"Don't waste your time. It's a joke. They misdiagnosis me having pneumonia, which is what I thought I had and why I went there. They then called me 30 minutes later to tell me I had pneumonia. I have asthma, so I asked them if I could get a prescription for a nebulizer. They said the couldn't do that, but they called in an albuterol inhaler for me. I told the doctor I have like 4 of them and they are not helping. Which they already knew since I told them before. My point is they are not helpful and I will not be paying for their services, since they did nothing that I needed. Go somewhere else that could at least be helpful."

"Never willing to see me when I need to be seen. For the third time, they’ve turned me down when called with the concern of my asthma being flared up. After being in the hospital following a 911 call due to an asthma attack, they told me to follow up with my family doctor.. well I tried and they couldn’t see me for several days. Tried again, same thing. Today, I got in trouble with my breathing again and they said they couldn’t squeeze me in and my only choice was to go to urgent care which was 40 minutes from my house or to wait until 5pm for after hours care. When my husband called back with some concern of driving that far with an asthma attack they didn’t seem to care one bit and were quite rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will be sure NOT to recommend this place to other new residents of Byron. These people must not know how life threatening asthma is."
