"As a disabled veteran I wanted to shop local because I need to have my tub converted to a shower, my 1st contact with Andco was in April of 2022 when the salesman came and gave an estimate, I needed a quote for Department of Veterans Affairs… I never got it because the salesman quit. September of 22 I call and they send a new salesperson out to check to see if there were any changes in pricing, never got the estimate again. Called Andco today and got the “You must of slipped through the cracks” excuse. After a 4 hour wait I did get a call back and was told the quote was still good but I would need to hire a plumber to install the shower surround and pay that out of my pocket. I was under the understanding that Kitchen and Bath included shower stalls and there was no need for me to be the General Contractor and sub out product they just drop off and pick up a 9k check. I assume I won’t be on any future commercials either as they say”They maybe a little harder to find” but then again it seems they hide the costs also"

"We worked with Scott and had a great experience from start to finish. We had previously gotten a price for granite for our kitchen from a local competitor and were amazed how competitive Andco was. We thought perhaps it was too good to be true, but were pleasantly impressed that Andco’s price was very fair and the process for getting it installed was flawless. Their price for all new granite countertops, sink and faucet was cheaper that a competitor’s price for just the granite. Would highly recommend Andco."

"Long story short - Failed to keep promises, missed their own deadlines, and 3rd party contracts everything out. The long story - They quoted the job and were within my budgeted amount, but it was all down hill from there. They delivered the product a week later than promised, and while they were told several times, they delivered to the wrong door. We are a 100,000+ square foot business, not a residence. Door numbers matter! The installer showed up the next day with no way to move the goods from end to end of the building, so my guys did that for them. An hour later the installer says that the counter-top was ordered wrong and leaves. My contact at the store says he's sorry and will order a new one but needs 3-4 weeks to get it and promises to have someone come back and pick up the "bad" counter-top. With a major set back in our schedule, I pushed him for a 10% refund but he said the owner denied the request and instead offered me expedited shipping on a replacement top, of a different color. While it's not what I wanted, I accepted. With the new top coming I was told that we'd be installing it the following Monday. Monday came and the installer showed up at 1 just as he supposed to, but without a counter-top. Oh, and that's when I noticed that the bad one, it's still right where he left it the week prior, Andco never came back to retrieve it. Again, this is a factory, not a home, floor space is critical. So witht he installer standing there twiddling his thumbs I called Andco and was told that it should be delivered soon, but she didn't know when. The installer heard that and he left. When it comes to approved vendors, I will be drawing a line through their name, not under it."
