"Bought a used motorhome from 83RV, I was told everything works, I specifically asked if the brakes were good and was told yes. Numerous accessories didn't work and the brakes were shot, I had never driven a large motorhome like that before, they sent me down the road in city traffic with bad brakes and low rear tire pressure. I spent over $3000 in repairs and asked them for $1000 assistance but was denied."

"We were traveling through Chicago on our way to Yellowstone when our tire blew out on the 90. Tow truck did some serious damage to the undercarriage of our motorhome. Gerald and Don were awesome! Not only did they find the damage the tow truck caused but helped us get into Mercedes to get it fixed. We can't thank them enough!"

"This review is long overdue. About a month ago, my refrigerator in my Class B stopped working. I had two other mechanics look at it and fail to diagnose the correct issue ($425 later). I called 83RV and Gerald was more than accommodating in getting me on their schedule. The day I arrived, I was met with kindness and efficiency, and Steve, the mechanic on the job, found and resolved my issue within two hours of being there. He also kept me informed on the process and was willing to answer ant questions I had. Highly recommend 83RV to anyone who needs efficient and reliable service on their motorhome (especially Pleasure Way!)"

"I would have to say Bob did a wonderful job selling us the RV, he had the unit warmed up when we arrived, explained everything in detail. Felt we made a good deal for all parties. That was the best part of dealing with 83 RV in my opinion. When we arrived to pickup the RV the service department went though the RV with us, they told us they spent 7 hours getting the unit ready. Unfortunately they did a horrible job getting the unit ready in my opinion. I will not go into detail. All I can say is I would recommend having an independent inspection done before you purchase an RV. We purchased a new unit and have lots of items that need to be addressed. Yes, I understand there will be items that need to be addressed, the items they missed, and did not tell us about are unacceptable in my opinion. We also made the mistake of purchasing items from their RV store. Buyer beware!!"

"We rented the Class A Coachman Pursuit for a 30 day National Parks tour. Fantastic experience: they are true to their word and treat you like family. The first unit was not driving smoothly when we left the lot and they were able to change RV’s quickly and with no problem (obviously this could not be done by a private rental). Very responsive on the road to questions. They made us feel like they really did want us to have a great vacation, which we did. The RV was perfect for us and made for an incredible experience. Seeing our amazing country through that huge picture window windshield is incredible."
