"Should have read the reviews before buying from this company. As many have posted, I had a bad experience with them. Bought a bathroom cabinet from them. It was sent, however the box had 2 holes in it. I immediately let them know that it was possible that the cabinet might be damaged. They responded and appeared attentive to my report. A few days after delivery and when the installer was ready to install, he opened the box and sure enough, the cabinet was damaged. I contacted them again, provided photos, but never heard back. Since then I have contacted them 3 more times and have gotten no response. The person that initially responded to my concern was Jacqueline A, but she has not responded to my request for a full refund. Will never do business with company again. I would provide photos but I'm unable to."

"This is the worst furniture store in the United States. We purchased a coffee table and it arrived broken. We ordered a replacement and never got it delivered. We called them almost every single day and they never resolved the issue. We purchased a bed and we asked particularly if it needs a box spring. They told us no. The bed arrived in a very bad condition and after it took us three hours to assemble, it turns out it needs a box spring. The bed was very dirty when it arrived. Their delivery team is very rude. They are not experienced and the two times we used them, they were very unprofessional. All in all, you should never purchase anything from this store. Their customer service team is useless. Their delivery team is very rude. There is really nothing good about their service. If you purchase something from them, it is really a waste of your time and money. DO NOT EVER buy anything from this store because it will arrive in a very bad condition and you will end up spending weeks of your time trying to return it. Words cannot describe how bad our experience was with this furniture store. We were extremely furstrated with the situation because we unfortunately wasted our time and money with them. Worst shopping experience of my life. They do not deserve a single star."

"Would not recommend purchasing from them. We ordered a full bedroom set, but the nightstands were out of stock. Part of the bed frame was snapped in half upon arrival. They replaced it, replacement piece was snapped in half as well. When asking then to replace it again we requested that they inspect the piece upon delivery to confirm they didn't bring us more broken junk. They did not. Luckily the third time they finally delivered it properly. While going through this process they declined to give white glove service or anything similar (my thought was that it's fair for them to lift some furniture up the stairs since I had to twice due to their mistakes), they declined but offered a small discount for when we get our nightstands. When ordering those we realized the labor day sale was actually a larger discount then ours. We were told we cannot stack these discounts, meaning in effect they had done nothing to remedy the problems thus far. When getting our nightstands we gave them our previous receipt so they could copy all the shipping information, and they put in the wrong address. Moral of the story after at least an hour or two on the phone with them throughout this process: you're paying premium prices for sub-par furniture and useless service."

"This store was very different than what I was expecting given the vast choice of merchandise on line. It has an upscale feel to it but I was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of merchandise on display. The salespeople are extremely helpful and friendly and are very well versed on searching their hand held tablets in order to answer your questions. I went into the store looking for a console for my TV and found an area rug for my living room instead."

"I had the best design consultation with Rachael! I walked in the store just browsing, but ended up ordering some much needed pieces. Everyone working at the store was so welcoming and excited about my home project. Rachael listened to my needs/wants and was so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made excellent recommendations and made the process so enjoyable. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a furniture store, I will definitely be back."
