"Stop telling customers their food is on the way when it’s not even ready. Waited 20 minutes after the “order is on its way” message… just to discover the employees forgot about it. I always order through the app and this same scenario happens all the time… my guess is they are trying to show corporate they’re completing orders in time…"

"This is how I received my fries today. Shared it with the drive thru attendant and didn’t get an apology. Made me not want to eat the rest of my food. Please check your food before serving or leaving. Feel disgusted right now and just wasted $12"

"Everything was okay. Person taking order was nice. But here's a thought maybe you should tell the customer before they completely order AND PAY that since they ordered chicken its an additional 5-7 minute wait?! Just a suggestion tho."

"The only reason I give this two stars is because the food was good. I ordered a Chicago dog minus relish and it took the person 5 minutes to answer that into the system and then still got it wrong. The person taking payment did not know how to run gift cards so they claimed the balance was zero on both gift cards. I paid in cash and then called both gift cards to find out there was actually plenty of balance on them. Next time just tell me you're unfamiliar with this system. I am patient to new people and know everyone has to learn but I need to be informed of this to be more understanding. You made it seem like it was my fault for giving you zero balance gift cards which of course did not happen."

"First, you can't use gift cards on their app apparently. Second, the stalls are so close it's impossible to get out. They sacrificed safety and access for customers and employees alike to shove in an extra spot. Third, they don't give you all the food you order, consistently, and what they give you is either burnt or undercooked. Tonight, we ordered two 5 piece chicken and one 3 piece chicken. Only 1 had an onion ring and that one had a piece of chicken that looked like it was torn apart. One of the 5 pieces had a piece of chicken so small it looks like two tater tots rather than a piece of chicken. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your money! The one thing they get right is the drinks and corn dogs. Anything else is a gamble at best."
