"Went through the drive thru...had to pull forward...waited about five minutes. Fries were cold, sandwich was not made correctly, had condiments asked to be left off and no extra condiments where requested. This location is consistently slow and this wasn't the first time the food wasn't hot and the fries cold and rubbery. Will not visit this location again. Two adults, 2 sandwiches, 2 large fries, 1 large beverage, the bill was $26.30. Pretty expensive for a meal at McDonalds, very disappointed in the quality of the food."
"Messed up my order again. Mcdouble no pickles Xtra onions and I get no onions extra pickles. Really? In my 6piece (you said they were being fresh made) you only put 4nuggets??? What's going on here? You make me pull forward on a mobile order. What good is the mobile order/ordering ahead if you're still making me wait? I live an hour away in a small town and the McDonald's there puts this place to shame. The other day you got 5 employees(including what looked like a manager) joking, laughing, & standing around while my food sat on the counter. Finally somebody happened to notice my bag of food, JUMPED INTO ACTION, and brought it to the window. I swear this place can do better but chooses not to with managers acceptance of it. I'd give zero or negative stars if I could."
"If the red headed idiot kid would get off his phone and do his job our order wouldn't have been messed up twice. He should be fired...and the disrespect shown when complaints are made is unbelievable. Also if you are gonna use your phone don't immediately touch the food with the same gloves on. Nasty, gross and unhygienic. And why are the cooks not wearing hairnets?! Hair in food is disgusting. Don't wanna eat long red hairs out of my burger."
"We went through drive thru. Ordered two meals, one with only ketchup and one with added Mac sauce. Also asked for ketchup packets. Parked and one meal was wrong. Had to go in and get it fixed. Came back out to car, opened my meal that is now half cold and it was wrong too. Had to go back in to get it fixed. The sandwich making guy was on his phone texting and not doing his job right, no hairnet, and touching phone and the touching the food. While complaining about the situation this little punk was laughing and thinking it was funny. Manager had to make the sandwich and gave a refund. Also we only got 3 ketchup packets. Probably the worst McDonald experience I've had."
