"The girl that took my order was rude Didn't say Hi or thank you or anything even after I said thank you... She also was not active listening as she got my order wrong Luckily her CO worker was on her A game Gave me a smile great customer service and was more than happy to fix the mistake made Overall good experience I just sat and did my Homework and listened to music But if it weren't for the other co worker I definitely would have left unsatisfied"

"I order the same drink at every SB I go to. (6 espresso shots poured over ice in a Trenta cup and topped with heavy cream) Today the drive thru guy told me they can't put the cold coffee espresso shots over ice in a Trenta cup, only a venta cup. I advised that I have ordered this drink for the past 4 years and even had it at the Pekin store. He proceeded to tell me there isn't a button for that. (I thought SB was about getting the $8 coffee made how I wanted, not about having to push a button). Get to the window and he proceeded to prove his statement even after I told him I wasn't interested in discussing it. He just kept talking about how there isn't a button to push for that drink andI how he had to do extra work to modify it. Then I get my drink and its 2/3 empty. (For my $8 drink) went to Lincoln SB and got my drink with no problems. I stopped in at Bloomington last Monday and had this drink. So not only was I treated rude, I didn't get my drink that I paid for and I had to deal with an argumentative guy and wait till I got to Lincoln to get my correct coffee. Ugh!"

"By far the worst Starbucks location I’ve ordered from. Getting into the drive/thru/parking lot is the first battle because it’s so poorly designed. The second is getting my regular coffee with cream and sugar that I mobile ordered and not waiting 30 minutes and the barista was extremely rude to top it all off. There were 5 Starbucks team members working behind the counter so I doubt it’s a staffing issue. Your employees at this location need better training or better management. I’ll be going somewhere else for coffee and will never be back to this location."

"As an area manager and retail. I'm very familiar with the current employment struggles of customer service. Therefore, I have Begun putting my mobile order in 30 minutes before I even head to Starbucks to pick it up. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes, so a full hour after I put my mobile order in. I think this Starbucks and the way it operates could be significantly improved with some investment into the leadership. And how the store should be run to be successful and productive every day."
