"It's ridiculous how one order can get messed up multiple times. It would help if staff wasn't on their phones and paying attention. Also, when you complain to manager the staff laughs and thinks it's funny. They are touching their phones and then the food without changing gloves. The cook was not wearing a hairnet and had a lot of hair. This place needs to fire the employees on their phones, it's unprofessional and rude."

"If I could give a negative rating, I would. There are options for parking the McDonald's delivery truck that DO NOT include blocking the 3 available handicap parking spots. We pulled into the area next to the first spot and my Mom went in to ask what was going on and order. But some cocky little delivery driver, I'm thinking Door Dash, interrupts and STARTS YELLING at my Mom! "You just came in to complain! That's all people do these days! You can leave! Just leave! The door is right there!" AND THE MANAGER DID *NOTHING*!!! To make matters worse, her only flippant comment was "well they've been parking the truck there for over a year." No apology, no acknowledgment that it's an ADA violation to park like that. NOTHING! And thanks to that punk driver, we didn't even bother ordering and frankly I don't think we will any time soon. This used to be the one McDonald's my Mom trusted thi not be awful, and we had a decent lunch here not that long ago, eating inside even. I can't imagine trusting anyone to prepare food when they think so lowly of disabled customers that they just don't care if they can't get parking and can't be bothered to tell an arrogant little boy, because no grown man sticks his nose in other people's business only to throw a tantrum over some imagined slight, to stop yelling at a customer. Clearly, disabled customers are not valued here and whether the manager has a personal relationship with this driver (he was parked where employees typically park and I've never seen a delivery driver park there) or they just found it entertaining for this nasty, entitled, ableist white boy to verbally assault an older, disabled, mixed race woman, but things need to change!"
