"Horrible staff in the ER. Waited two hours to have a CT scan to say I have a fractured spine Then never came back till I pushed the button But The receptionist and registration was fine, got MY hopes up, then they put ME back IN A ROOM and didn’t see anyone for well over TWO HOURS FOR A CT SCAN I Have no idea who MY doctor is, what’s going on, how long it’s gonna take, nothing. I had to go up to the front desk of the ER and ask if they forgot about ME and if I needed to do tests again, told us a simple CT SCAN was over an 2 hours to do, only when I went up and asked of course. 99% of staff doesn’t even look on the room to check in people. When we called a nurse to check in and was understandably upset for having no one talk to us for over an hour (she was on her phone anytime she was at the desk, when I went to talk to her she looked up from her phone) I got attitude for wanting to be check in on. Also bathrooms have locks on the outside and inside, both can be accessed by the public. I literally had a random person unlock the bathroom I was using and tried to go in if I didn’t yell. Not a key staff has, a literally easy to turn lock. Next ER visit is for sure not going here."
"My mother sat in the hospital over Christmas because doctor did not come to discharge her. We were told the doctor was not coming in on Christmas even tho she was ok to go home. I've never heard of a hospital that did not have a doctor in it."
"Do not go here unless you are already dead. The er Receptionist had horrible attitudes. When we got are nurse she was always frustrated and angry. Would get mad when you couldn't answer a question and when you had a question. She would literally yell at you. Im not say it was all if them but these people ruined it for the whole hospital. When we brought my family member in they wouldn’t allow someone to accompany even though she needed a guardian. Just people who only care about themselves and have no empathy for others. When the doctor came in to tell us the news about our family member they said she was Gone and that they’re was nothing they can do and they kept insisting on disconnecting her. Then when we mentioned that we were going to talk to our family members doctor and tell him how they were treating her they apologized and began treating her a but better. Then another doctor came and kept doing the same thing but this one seemed more cold and kept trying to just get us to disconnect her. But it was our decision not his. Then when we asked him what he would do if it was his family member he became silent. You guys should send in a actor who acts as a person who going to the er and is extremely I’ll so they can see how these nurses and doctors treat there patients. And again there are a couple who are angels and sweet and understanding but you guys need to put those other ones in their place."
"Don't go here. And if you have fragrance allergies and lots of food allergies don't be surprised when they don't accommodate you. If the nurses wont to listen to you just ask for the floor supervisor. But even then there isn't much they can do. The menu is very limited. You can get things specially ordered for you but that is only if you get a nice nurse who actually gives the kitchen your order and you give them plenty of time. I had to get food somewhere else for my meals except for three meals. You also may have to share a room with someone so prepare for no sleep whatsoever. Just go somewhere else."
"Triage nurse PAM was anything but compassionate, professional, & even took her good ol time showing no urgency to my situation. She proceeded to make rude comments to me & snatched the thermometer from me. When I told her I was going to report her she said 'oh is THAT a threat'?! She was deplorable!!!!!!!!!! The way she treated me was so unwarranted I did not deserve that when I was there for a medical emergency which made me scared, in pain and visibly upset crying. This monster of a person did not care at all and that alone was so disturbing. WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFETIME GO THERE AGAIN!"
