"Bassett’s furniture is garbage! Spend more money and get something that you will have for many years!! Btw their salespeople are disingenuous Its all about the sale. The salesperson didn’t distinguish that the back cushions could be ungraded. I thought the back cushions were the same at the seat cushions. They’re not. I would have upgraded the back cushions no money spared because I want the best quality. This couch is 1 year old and is barely used! Initially I called and they denied my request to give me the inserts I paid for. If it wasn’t for the furniture repair man helping me they wouldn’t have done anything to help. Stop selling garbage and you won’t get one star reviews! Bassett was supposed to fix this issue. This mistake should not have been made in the first place. Still not resolved 8 weeks later…. Still waiting. Every week I will give them a lower score. Back down to 1 star."

"My mom and I made plans to meet here for her to look for a loveseat and chair. So I called up there to get some information and spoke to Candace, so planned for my mom and I to go up there on a Saturday and meet with Candace and see if we could find something that she liked and wanted. Come that Saturday my mom got there before me and went in and by the time I got there her and Candace had already found something that she absolutely loved was also going to be good for her medically and she also got the color she was wanting which is red. So a big shout out to Candace and the store manager which I do not remember his name, thank you so much for everything! You guys are the best!!!!"
