"I had attentive yet not overbearing service. The selection was very good and I bought here due to quality and that the chair was built in the US. ( A sale event did not hurt either.) The only downside was not being able to keep small fabric swatches like other places give you. Some were ordered but a month later they have yet to arrive. I did take larger swatches home that had to be brought back the same day but my favorite one could not be taken out of the store. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could have."

"Selection is huge and well placed. Patty Amen is my sales lady and she was wonderful. She told me which chairs fit me best and tried to educate me on how the remote works. That’s going to take some practice on my part. She also helped me choose a fabric that I think will work well. Patty is a real asset to your store."

"Kyle is full of information and super customer service oriented. When I was debating the fabric choice he pulled a visual of it on a sofa on his ipad.. that clinched the purchase. (I had the same conversation with another salesperson and she made zero offer.to help.) And he remembered me from being in the store at least two months ago! Great experience."

She was also great about listening to our needs, understanding what is important to us, following our vision, and not pressuring us to buy things. Shane was also great at listening and keeping the conversations relaxed. I'm really glad he suggested using the design service.
