"I bought a couch for $1379.00 two years ago. Bought that GOOF PROOF warranty they tout, which is managed by GUARDIAN. The USB port on side of couch caught fire to my phone cord, and a plastic piece fell off the right foot rest. Filed a claim, denied by GUARDIAN. Warranty is useless. Bobs will do nothing about it. Most corrupt business practice ever. Please trust me folks, stay away from this business. Very Deceitful, and do not warrant their products. These people at the warranty are more than happy to deny any and all claims. Please you all have been warned."

All furniture was in perfect condition upon arrival and the process was seamless from the moment I walked in the door and met the best guy I’ve met in months (Jarred). Jarred is the nicest, genuine, polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable individual I’ve met at a furniture store and honestly probably the coolest guy I’ve met in months period.
