"I hadn’t been in this place in years, but stopped by to sell a few items. The store interior is so cute! Great items, styled like a boutique and less like a drudgery rack to rack Kmart. I received fair pricing for the items they took. 5/5"

"Looking on Plato’s site earlier today, I noticed that dresses ranked highest among the store's recent purchases. I presented about twenty dresses either in excellent condition or brand new with tags. Despite waiting over an hour for their assessment, they only bought five items from me, totaling $7.98. Interestingly, they declined a 100% silk dress from Anthropologie, while I observed a sea of worn out and over washed items of cheap fast fashion, Old Navy and kohls on the sales floor-questionable choices to resell, especially at prices exceeding $8-10. You can buy that stuff for new at the retailer for that.. Maybe the person sorting my bin was just overcoming a bad buy in the recent past because this store seems to be stocking a lot of overpriced trash on their sales floor and for being so picky today on what they took in."

"Fairly good place for buying used clothes and shoes, as well as selling your used clothes for cash. Store is not a super managed one (as compared to uptown store which is just 2 miles from here) but it's far more managed & categorized when you compare it to Goodwill store, Half of Half store or any other similar thrift stores. Prices are in fair range and it's plus if you get clearance deals on top of it."

"They overstuff the clothing racks so much it’s impossible to look at anything. Your arms will burn constantly trying to push items to the side. The shoes were all mixed up. I found at least 4 shoes I wanted to buy but the mates were no where to be found. Employee’s refused to help me find mates. So I couldn’t buy the four pairs of shoes."
