"People were very nice and professional with our dog, however we had scheduled an appointment at 10:15 and there was a significant 30+ minute wait to get in after our appointment time. Not sure if this is typical in Houston but in Denver our appointment time was the time we got in at."

"Just want to say this place is great! Emily was Awesome getting my appointment and explaining a lot of things to me,she went out of her way to going to the doctor and get back with me. Decided to come here because I used to take him to this clinic, let's just say it was chaotic and he came out hurting worse than he went in! Decided to give this place a chance and I'm glad I did,They disscussed everything to me thoroughly, I highly recommend it, Awesome Staff !!!"

"Very irresponsible. The doctor never followed up with us after so many appointments, tests and money spent. I called several times to talk to the doctor yet she never got back to me. Also, on the last appointment my dog spent 7 hrs for a blood test that took 15 minutes without providing any food. I cannot recommend them."

The facility was very clean, staff were all friendly, made an appointment and was able to go right in and be out in a decent timeframe, and it’s very affordable! I also loved how the staff treated my fur baby. Definitely coming back!"
