"We bought two Smith Bros swivel chairs from Smith and the swivel mechanism has never been right. We returned to Mueller for repair last year. They picked up again on August 4. Six weeks ago, they called to arrange a return. Never returned. Didn't call. We called three weeks ago, and they said Smith sent to Wisconsin by mistake. Called Smith, that never happened, Smith has paperwork showing Mueller Belleville signed for receipt October 11. No calls from Mueller. Called Linda customer service, Mark Mueller, no call back. I believe they have lost the chair, and no one willing to tell us. Customer service dept is badly broken here."
