I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff and doctors that have seen my pets. I absolutely love Dr. Alford. She is practical and always explains everything thoroughly. "This was our first visit and we were so happy. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The doctor took the time with us to explain our options for treatment. Our dog had an ear infection and the treatment had to be repeated in a week. We went back and there wasn’t a charge for the follow up. Also their prices were a lot less than our former vet. "This is our family vet, Dr. Blue. With currently 10 rescues of various species, and a hard year financially and personally (two deaths, etc)... we needed this ray of hope. "I took my dog Wagner there this morning for an allergic reaction (louetta location). While I was waiting in the room with him I could softly hear the tail end of a conversation the office assistant Desiree was having with a pet parent on the phone. This parent was obviously distraught and she was SO kind and SO patient with all her answers to their questions and talked about their options. She was extremely professional and I was very impressed listening to her end of the conversation. I would want someone to treat me exactly like that if I called the office. She needs a raise for her professionalism."

"This place is the best vet by far in my book. I have been to a lot of different vets over the years with different animals in different states. The staff here always make you feel welcome and take care of your pet and keep you well informed about your pets care. Desiree takes time to make sure I schedule and remind me of my dogs follow-up visits. She also recommends somethings my dog might need and to ask about them to the tech and doctor. The whole staff here does a great job, and I do not plan on going anywhere else unless I move far away."
