"I recommend using caution and skepticism when interpreting test results from Radiance Diagnostics. I used Radiance Diagnostics' COVID long-hauler "COV-2 S1 Immune Subset Panel" test. Radiance offers no details on how the test was developed, what controls are used, or what constitutes a "positive" result (and why). Upon inquiry, they repeated refused to answer questions regarding how their gates (or thresholds for a positive result) are decided and what controls are done to develop those gates. They pointed to IncellDX's website as a description of the test, but this provides no further clarity and obviously does not address any specific questions about Radiance's test."

This company will charge 20 dollars if you cancel each appointment, even though the cancelation may be completely out of your control. Since the pandemic has created a COVID testing industry, countless companies are on the market selling tests. It's not worth it, Radiance Diagnostics, to put a bitter taste in your potential client's mouth just to make 40 bucks. In the long run, you're losing test sales (that's 125 bucks a pop). For people who want to buy services from Radiance Diagnostics, remember that you'll lose 20 dollars if you cancel your appointment, whereas other companies offer free cancellation."
