"Waits until last minute to try to get insurance approval and then ends up cancelling the day before because they are unable to reach our physician. Note: the appointment was made 30 days in advance. Rescheduled for a week later after we had our physician contact them with the information they needed just to get another call today that they have not received pre approval. Now wants us to self pay. Unprofessional."

"I initially had appointment in early September for what I thought was going to be an ultrasound, turns out they scheduled me for an X-ray. Could not do it that day. The turn around time is absolutely horrible so I couldn’t come back for 3 weeks! Then when I did come back I waited for over 45 mins. They have a very confusing check in process. I thought my appt was at the check in time. Nope it’s about 30 mins after that check in time. I do not recommend at Al, go else where"
