"They have bed bugs! The breakfast is the exact same every single day. Run down pool, weight room, conference rooms and lounge. No one uses it due to none of it being inviting! I could touch the floor without something on my feet. No I would not be back. The people were nice though. But this place will close soon."

"This hotel was awful. Poor upkeep and dirty. Check out the pictures. Asking for clean linens is okay but housekeeping doesn't do any thorough cleaning everyday. My coffee tray just got dirtier. My feet got as dirty as the carpet. Find another place to stay. I will."

"Once I speak to the manager in the morning maybe I’ll come back with good news but as of now this place gets a thumbs down. I booked a room for 8 nights and paid upfront. However, because I wasn’t able to travel to first night do to work related issues they took it upon themselves to cancel my stay in its entirety and refused to refund any portion of my stay. Pay the couple extra dollars a night and pick a different hotel. Clearly these people are vultures. During the week of thanksgiving no less smh."

"This is a great hotel. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect size. I was staying here for 1 night and although I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and kind! The showers were a bit dirty and it was a bit difficult to get in our room with the keycard. We had to get a staff to help us. The elevator is also really slow and there’s no nearby stairs on our floor. Other than that, the experience was great and the staff is very friendly."

"This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. For starters we were a large group coming in from out of town for a wedding. Management cancelled reservations for people showing up a day later because they did not like the groom. Those people got lucky since they went to a better hotel. To make things worse everyone in our party that had the waffles got food poisening from the hotel buffet….do not eat their food. For some reason the hotel put up signs all over the hotel saying no food in rooms for 2 days while black gospel group showed up. These signs only appeared when the gospel group showed up and the signs disappeared when they left. Also at some point the police were called to remove one black family from hotel from again another disagreement from management and guest. I didn’t see them do anything wrong and I do not the family. Management is clearly racist. The hotel rooms also has fridges and microwaves in it so why would food not be allowed?? To make things worse. At checkout they would not provide an invoice upon checkout. We later were charged for bogus charges of $75 which made no sense. They could not provide any real detail nor invoice us for these charges. This happened to everyone in the wedding party. In short, service is absolutely horrible. (Management even said they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Magnet is racist and are thieves and food is not safe to eat. DO NOT STAY here"
