"Parking lot was full of ice . My car slid and I almost fell/had to focus a lot on walking without falling. I mentioned that to the gentleman at the front desk around 8:30PM today and he said he recommend I wear snow boots . Mind you, I am . Snow boots or bare feet, as a business the lot should be salted . If I, or anyone , falls and slips the location is liable. So, may the best law suit win because I’ll for sure be making one if I fall upon leaving."

"I was sceptical at the beginning, but this hand down the nicest staff i’ve seen so far, they were patient enough to show my room before i booked, so i got see my space before even paying. My room was clean, smelled good, beds are super comfortable, i was able to relax 100% it’s realy realy cozy here."

"Great location! This property is very dated. Room was missing a chair for the desk and a hairdryer. Refrigerator was dirty. Room phone was not plugged in and had a coffee stain on it. No USB outlets. Existing electrical outlets are not in convenient places to plug in phones. Bring extra long USB cords if staying here. Budget friendly, but not what you would expect from an IGH property."

"Check-in was a bad experience. Receptionist(s) took half an hour to reserve a room for 1 night. Multiple difficulties. Room had lights that were not functioning and the bathroom vent was not working either. Everything else was fine. Sub-par overall. Would recommend looking elsewhere."

"Housekeeping never touched our room. Their policy states that two or more nights are entitled to a "Daily room refresh" which includes making up the beds. On our second day, a lady came to refresh our towels while we went down to the pool but never made up our beds. Then on the third and final night, we get back at 9pm, and our room was never touched at all. The only thing the front desk agent said he could do was move us to another room, which we did, but wouldn't call the housekeeper manager at home when I asked him to. We shouldn't have to move to another room every day, just to have made up beds and clean towels."
