"I stay at motels throughout the Midwest more than I would like and I almost never sit down and draft a review but today, I felt that must do so. I checked in a bit early and the lady that checked me in was unbelievably kind. She went out of her way to make me feel valued. I went down later to grab an iced coffee and there was another lady at the desk, and it was hard to believe but she was even more pleasant. Kudos to these outstanding employees of 1/30/24 and kudos to the manager that leads these wonderful employees. Good job and thank you!!!!!"

"It was okay. Nice hotel. Unfortunately, the staff are going to run the place down; specifically Missy and her friends. The breakfast host on Sunday had family in the eating area, and they took most of the food and when I asked if they could replenish, they had an attitude and told me they been busy. Breakfast host was very lazy and more worried about watching TV in the kitchen or messing around with the front desk attendant. Had his very small children running around in out and of the kitchen. Sausage was cold. Eggs were cold. Potatoes were hard. Nice room, however, our bed sheets were very stained. Pool was nice. Overall, looks like a classy hotel from the outside, but it is everything but on the inside."

"This was the single worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Hilton property. 3:20 p.m., and the lobby was packed with guests trying to register. One associate tells the other she has somewhere to go and stops helping guests register. All of the people in front and behind me are offered rooms, but I'm told my room isn't ready. I asked about the value of my Hilton Honors status, and I was very rudely told that it didn't matter and I had to wait for my room to be ready. The lady was rude and angry as she raised her voice and said they were short staffed and the problem wasn't hers. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and watched everyone else check in and be assigned to a room. I totally understand being short staffed, but I do not understand staff being rude and angry when asked questions. The property here is beautiful and appears new, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and realize there is no value to the Hilton Honors program. As a sidenote, I asked each person behind me if they were Hilton Honors members, and each said no - but they received a room. So much for having a reservation and being loyal to a brand - I will never stay again. Avoid this place if at all possible - horrible, rude, and mean staff."

"Stayed here for work reasons. Room was beautiful clean and stocked. The ac and heat levels were easy to maintain. Comfortable and liked the pool area well kept a bit salty when we swam but nevertheless well kept. The only thing that was a tad annoying we as upstairs maybe they had children or just heard running and stomping early in the morning not so nice when your trying to sleep in..."

"I enjoyed my stay! The pool closes at 10 p.m. And they have a really nice pool area! They have breakfast in the morning from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.! And they have very nice and clean rooms! Service was great. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay very much. And not to mention they have a pretty decent breakfast!"
