"THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! Curdled milk at breakfast, flies on the food. Rude front AM desk person. Needed to shorten my stay for 1 night. Was told I had to pay for the last night of my stay. PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE"

"My family was displaced due to a gas explosion and we’ve been here over a week everything has been great.Friendly staff helpful with any questions it’s been quiet clean I would definitely recommend."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is managed by a greedy, selfish, and inconsiderate man named Bob Patel. We stayed one night and got double charged. When asked about the double charge, Mr. Patel responded very rudely to my wife and refused to reimburse us. We had an email confirmation to show proof and he still wouldn’t give us our money back. This manager only cares about his bottom line and doesn’t care if he’s taking advantage of people and stealing their money. We’ve contacted the hotel on several occasions and he won’t return our calls. We will NEVER stay at another Best Western ever again."

"Great place great price, no where else in Woodstock compares. Ashley is one of the nices employees I’ve dealt with at any establishment. the rest of the staff are Amazing as well. Everything’s clean, affordable. It’s just a real pleasant place to stay. Great free breakfast. I very much enjoy the slot machine room as well."

"I travel for my job and have stayed in a lot of hotels. The Best Western in Woodstock, Illinois takes the cake in my book!! I called and let them know I would be late getting there but still coming. He thanked me for calling and said he would worry because I called! The clerk at check in, was such a sweet lady and upgraded my room! The on gal in the morning, she and I got to talking about the cats we both have, very good to laugh with her! Breakfast was always good, coffee always hot! I couldn't have asked for a hotel to treat me any better than they did! They called me by name, that's a huge deal to me Fresh towels everyday, super late checkout so I could finish my job, come back pack up and get my kitty so we could go home. The house keepers were waiting to clean my room, I told them come on in and do your job! I've kept you from it too long! Just please don't let my kitty out! They loved my Stormy!! Thank you to each and everyone of you!! I've stayed at many Best Western Hotels and this on outshines them all!! Thank you!!!!"
