"Im so happy here! Super! Alright. I live here. Here is why I give a 4 star review. I felt horrible that at 3 AM I had an issue... I am not sure if it could have waited, but the guy was at my door ASAP(less than an hour). They have an amazing cleaning and maintenance group. Kudos! That guy... Dz200"

"Landlords are condescending and don't take care of the tenants. We have regular issues in the building and they do nothing about it, and when we have issues in our actual apartment they are rude and blame the tenant for the issue It's the cheapest apartment but definitely not worth it."
