Woodstock Square Apartments

"I've lived in these apartments for just under a year and am happy to be renewing my lease. The property is clean and well-maintained and is TERRIBLY convenient to nearly everything (I rarely have to drive anymore, and with these gas prices - win!). The management company has been fantastic and ALWAYS answers my e-mails within hours of reaching out to them. Rent is understandably a little higher, but everything is brand new and clean, and in a time where rent is high EVERYWHERE, I really can't complain about what I'm paying. Parking is ample, and visitor parking is right across the street (as well as ON the street), so no complaints there. In-unit washer and dryer? Fantastic. Only real recommendation would be to put out mud mats in the entryways. Though they are cleaned often, it's sometimes disheartening seeing the entryways or the hallway carpets dirtied up by mud, snow, and salt. Come live here, y'all!"

"My cousin moved in when they opened. So far, two break ins i know of. Side window busted out. The elevator was flashing so not working, not safe, why was it blinking? Now they cant use pass codes because someone gave theirs out, idiots. Her closet door has a broken wheel. When economy turns around we want her out. Oh, was told to us it was a handicap ready, that the doors open a certain way, nope its not. Thank god she is not in a wheelchair. Dont do it"

"This building is just out of place and detracts from our lovely Square. Instead of the city giving money to businesses like this that can well afford their own (rent starts at $1200/month for one bedroom apartments and $1500/month for two bedroom apartments), let's see that money put to better lighting an better water drainage in Woodstock."
